1. Overspeed or blade-machine mismatch
Check the marked maximum rotational speed against the machine’s applicable speed range. The blade rating is an upper limit, not a recommended cutting speed. 5. Friction, heat or chip-control problems

Do not use bare-hand contact with the blade, chips or freshly cut stock as a temperature test. 6. Abnormal vibration or loss of cutting control
